The core of this blend is the Regional Select from UCA San Juan del Rio Coco, a Unión de Cooperativas in northern Nicaragua. This cooperative consists of small-scale coffee farmers who produce exceptional quality Arabica together. Purchased via Sucafina, this blend brings forward a beautiful balance of flavors.

Luis Alberto Balladarez, owner of Un Regalo de Dios and the Las Segovias dry mill, provides the smooth and sweet accents in this blend with his Pacamara Honey. This coffee, sourced through The Coffee Quest, is the result of years of expertise and consistently high scores in the Cup of Excellence. The Coffee Quest also ensures full traceability and transparency regarding the fair price paid to the coffee producer.

The Brazilian coffee from the Mantiqueira Mountains, purchased via Sucafina, adds that extra strength to the Nicaraguan Blend. It brings depth to the flavor, making it a rich and robust coffee perfect for any occasion.
