The foundation of our unique blend: the Regional Select from UCA San Juan del Rio Coco. This coffee is the result of a collaboration between various small-scale coffee farmers in northern Nicaragua. UCA San Juan del Rio Coco is a Unión de Cooperativas, where farmers jointly grow the highest quality Arabicas. Thanks to the care and dedication of these local producers, this specialty coffee comes to life.
