You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product, unopened in accordance with hygiene and food safety guidelines. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs to the webshop are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all included accessories and, in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, in an unopened state and packaging. Should the product or its packaging be damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on the depreciation in value to you. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged for return.

To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@nicafe.nl. We will then refund the order amount owed within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
